Shoe shopping is an in-person event for me, accompanied by my wonderful fashion consultant. Even if they don't have the exact style, size, color I want, I can try on for fit, etc. DSW has good choices in size and variety of styles. Store staff is very pleasant and helpful. Pricing is good. Store well organized and clean.

Skip. (But barefoot b/c they never have 1.2 sizes) What shoe store never had 1/2 sizes? That’s weird. Also when customers walk in all they see is an empty front accessory section. That’s just odd. Customers want to see a FULL display area. Guy at the front (ERIC) had an empty line but he was certain that my daughter and I were standing in the wrong place. We bought socks. $27 worth of socks. Which is dumb I guess but we had used them to try on shoes (that we ended up ordering online ) b/c they don’t carry any 1/2 sizes. So we bought those. Plus 2 pair of over priced cat socks b/c damn we love cats. Good news though. We found our way to the exit without Eric’s help. Yay! Side note: the name of this store is “Designer Shoe Warehouse” Those prices were MORE designer and LESS warehouse Avoid

It's hard to imagine a less enthusiastic effort to stock men's shoes. I used to think DSW could only improve in that regard, but this last visit proved me wrong. The men's section has shrunk even more, now accupying a comically small fraction of the floor space. And the clearance section is almost funny, located in a corner of the store where an uncanny number of lights are broken. It's like the company is trying to send guys a subliminal message. Message received, thanks.

This review is for Matt. I came in after mistakenly purchasing two left shoes at a different DSW store location. Matt solved my problem in a way that I’ve never seen a retail employee do. He genuinely cared and figured out my problem, providing a solution that seemed to be non status-quo. I really appreciate his help.

I really want to spend money in this store and I've been several times but they just don't have any shoes I can buy. I have 4E wide duck feet and all the shoes they have are too narrow. Some regular wide shoes I can fit into but they don't even have those. They have maybe 6 pairs of regular wide for random sizes across the whole mens section. The employees are very nice though and for regular narrow-footers there is a massive mens section of great shoes. definitely recommend
